    I’ve just finished filming Mo Gilligan’s TV show The Ends for the BBC. Meanwhile, as Associate Director of Hackney Showroom I’m currently developing a new theatre project in partnership with Good Chance.

    LATEST NEWS | May 2025

    I will be performing in 4:48 PSYCHOSIS at the Royal Court/RSC in June/July 2025 as part of the original cast and creative team for the 25th anniversary production.

    I directed and co-created THE LEGENDS OF THEM by Sutara Gayle AKA Lorna Gee which comes to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, 18-24 August 2025 as part of the HERE + NOW Showcase.

Jo McInnes has worked extensively in the theatre, TV and film industry since 1990 as an actor and director.

Over the past 30 years she has cultivated relationships with playwrights, screen writers, theatre makers, actors, directors and producers from across the sector and formed meaningful, long-lasting creative relationships with many of today’s most prominent artists.
